Starting with the simple recipes below will help you gain both skills and confidence in the kitchen in no time!

I've divided this post into three sections: First, a selection of vegan recipes from around the internet that are not only quick and easy to make, but also feature frozen or canned vegetables for minimal chopping and prep work, a short list of accessible ingredients and/or are one-pot wonders for easy clean-up.

Next, I've listed some of my favourite vegan cookbooks for quick and easy recipes.

Finally, if your more of a visual learner, I've embedded a few videos from my favourite vegan YouTubers so you can watch them making some easy vegan meals.
